About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of Otto’s Market, interacting with guests throughout their visit and leaving a lasting impression.

You will:

• Be forward-facing and confidently engage with customers

• Deliver warm, attentive, and memorable customer service

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Represent the Otto’s brand with professionalism and pride

• Be the final touchpoint in each customer’s journey—ensuring they leave smiling and eager to return

This is a customer-centric role, where outstanding service is not optional—it’s essential.

Availability

• 3–5 days per week

• Weekend availability required
