HOSE DOCTOR – MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We’re Hiring a Mobile Hose Doctor – and You Could Be It.
Join a growing, hands-on team servicing hydraulic breakdowns across North Queensland. Whether you’re a seasoned tech or mechanically inclined and looking for a change, we’ll back you with full training and the tools to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and manage our fully equipped mobile hose van

• Respond to onsite breakdowns

• Manufacture and supply hoses on-site using our crimping equipment

• Identify opportunities for parts upselling and additional services

• Build relationships with customers in industrial, agricultural, defence and transport sectors

• Work on a wide array of equipment from boats, military equipment to heavy industry.

We’re Looking For:

• A mechanical or trade background (ideal but not essential)

• Willingness to get your hands dirty and solve customer problems

• Not afraid to get out there and find the next breakdown – cold calls, follow-ups, and face-to-face visits included, the more you sell the more you earn!

• A current manual driver’s licence

• Good communication skills and pride in your work

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Bonus Points:

• Experience in hydraulic hose repair, mobile service, or mechanical fitting

• Forklift licence or high-risk work tickets
