At SPL Security Solutions, our Architectural division specializes in delivering premium door hardware products to the building industry. We are currently seeking Administration Support to join our dynamic team at our head office in Bundall.

About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Updating product listings using Excel

• Managing door hardware price lists and sourcing product information

• Inputting quoted product information into our database

• Handling document management of plans, quotes, and schedules

• Assisting in product sourcing and quote preparation

• Maintaining records of open quotes

• Uploading picking slips after product delivery

• Coordinating the packing of product with the packing team

This role requires strong administrative coordination and support skills, so experience with managing or supporting Microsoft 365 and working with databases (such as data entry, reporting, or database maintenance) is required. The role also involves effective communication with project coordinators, suppliers, and internal departments to promptly address inquiries and resolve issues.

Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Demonstrable experience in Excel

• Knowledge of, or interest in, commercial hardware or the building industry

• Familiarity with simpro would be highly advantageous
