Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for customer service and logistics? We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Townsville Administration Clerk to join our growing team.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our depot. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and assisting with freight labeling and depot inquiries.

Handling phone and email communications, promptly resolving customer queries.

Managing manifests, driver runsheets, and Proof of Deliveries (PODs), ensuring accuracy and timely updates in our systems.

Coordinating pickups, monitoring deliveries, and addressing any freight issues.

Performing general office housekeeping and providing support to the Depot Manager as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with office systems and software (experience with Transvirtual is a plus!).
