Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for customer service and logistics? We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Townsville Administration Clerk to join our growing team.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our depot. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and assisting with freight labeling and depot inquiries.

  • Handling phone and email communications, promptly resolving customer queries.

  • Managing manifests, driver runsheets, and Proof of Deliveries (PODs), ensuring accuracy and timely updates in our systems.

  • Coordinating pickups, monitoring deliveries, and addressing any freight issues.

  • Performing general office housekeeping and providing support to the Depot Manager as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with office systems and software (experience with Transvirtual is a plus!).

  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Townsville
Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday.
