Start your career in engineering fabrication with a full-time apprenticeship! Gain hands-on experience while studying a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication and working in a dynamic, supportive environment.
 

About the Role

  • Full-time position – 40 hours per week.

  • Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • RDO: One per month.

  • Study: Complete a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication while gaining real-world experience.
     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance of metal structures.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Operate and maintain hand and power tools (grinders, drills, welding equipment, cutting torches).

  • Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting tasks with precision.

  • Assist in inspections and quality testing to ensure safety standards are met.

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

  • License Preferred: Not essential, but you must be able to arrive punctually at work and TAFE.
     

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interest in the fabrication industry.

  • Physically capable of manual labor.

  • Motivated, reliable, and punctual.

  • High attention to detail.
