About Us
The Cassa is a fast-growing property and accommodation management company located on the Gold Coast. We specialize in both short-term and long-term rental services, providing a high standard of property care and guest service across a wide portfolio of apartments.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Accommodation Manager to join our team and lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of short-term and long-term accommodation across multiple buildings

· Manage guest experience from check-in to check-out, including handling guest feedback and service recovery

· Supervise and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and support staff

· Monitor booking channels and occupancy performance, ensure revenue targets are met

· Liaise with property owners and stakeholders to maintain excellent relationships

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal obligations, and company policies

· Maintain financial and occupancy records, prepare regular reports

About You:

· Minimum 1 years' full time experience in accommodation/hospitality/property management

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple properties simultaneously

· Strong understanding of platforms like Airbnb, Guesty, Booking.com, etc.

· High attention to detail and commitment to service quality

· Fluent English required (Mandarin or other languages an advantage)

· Relevant qualifications in business, hospitality, or real estate are desirable
