Our Client is on a lookout for a passionate and reliable Chef to join their tight-knit team at a well-loved café in Robertson, NSW. Robertson is a picturesque town in Wingecarribee Shire, part of the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare high-quality meals aligned with our café-style menu
- Manage food prep, portion control, and presentation standards
- Monitor stock, order supplies, and minimise food wastage
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance (HACCP)
- Collaborate with café management on menus and specials
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff where required
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:
- Relevant culinary qualification (e.g. Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery)
- OR 3+ years of relevant chef experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in the kitchen
- Comfortable in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment
- A team player with excellent time management and reliability
- proven ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
