A Mechanical Services Specialist is required to maintain, repair and tune Central plant equipment and Mechanical Services equipment within premium commercial office buildings and multiple NTG sites.

• Must be experienced in HVAC Central Plant, BMS and Mechanical Services within commercial buildings.

• Must have FULL ARC licence and NT Restricted Electrical licence.

• Must be able to receive Police & Defence DCAC clearances.

• Must be able to go on-call (negligible call-outs though)

• Must have a high level of customer service and be solutions focused.

• Be willing to mentor apprentices

• No residential clients.

Career pathways are: Service Supervisor or Service Manager.
