What You’ll Be Doing

As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to keep the branch running smoothly, supporting the team and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and mentoring a close-knit team across customer service, sales, and operations

• Assisting with stock control, safety, and day-to-day branch administration

• Stepping up to lead the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence

• Working closely with trade and industrial customers to provide practical solutions and great service

• Helping drive branch performance, culture, and safety outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a 2IC, team leader, or supervisory role (trade, industrial, or retail preferred)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Hands-on, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure

• A team-first attitude with a strong commitment to safety and accountability
