About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our team, providing therapeutic massage services to clients funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as well clients accessing the aged care package and private funded clients. Your role will focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting participants in achieving their physical wellbeing goals.

This is a casual role with a mix of clinic-based and in-home sessions. You’ll be working with a diverse range of clients with varying physical needs, so flexibility, empathy, and clear communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver therapeutic massages tailored to each client’s needs (pain relief, mobility support, stress reduction)

* Conduct home visits and in-office appointments as rostered (majority of clients are clinic based)

* Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly

* Maintain accurate client records and session notes (in line with NDIS requirements)

* Work collaboratively with other health professionals when needed

* Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols

* Represent the organisation professionally at all times

Requirements

* Recognised qualification in Massage Therapy (MUST HOLD Diploma in Remedial Massage)

* Ability to offer 2 or 3 days of after-hours appointment times (on Mondays close at 8pm, Wednesdays close at 7pm or Thursdays close at 7pm)

* First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

* Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)

* Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete upon commencement)

* Driver’s licence and reliable transport (for some mobile visits)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Experience working with people with disability is highly regarded

* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and comply with NDIS service standards
