Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and validate data across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to ensure accuracy, compliance and securityImplement segmentation logic, deduplication, and import rules to maintain clean datasetsDefine and enforce data governance, including naming conventions, folder structures and taxonomyDevelop and maintain a consistent data taxonomy across all brands and eventsEnsure all captured data meets formatting and quality standardsEstablish governance rules for authorised data access and list handlingWork with Marketing Managers to identify audience gaps and segmentation opportunitiesMonitor list growth, engagement and conversion trends to improve campaign performanceBuild dashboards and reports on list health, marketability and data insightsSupport cross-team data flows, syncing rules and automations between marketing, sales and operations
Desired Skills and AttributesExperience in marketing analytics, customer insights or data operationsStrong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM/ESP platformsStrong SQL skills for data extraction, cleaning and structuringUnderstanding of segmentation logic, deduplication and data hygieneProven ability to maintain large, complex datasets with high accuracyProficiency in analytics tools with confidence in building dashboardsAbility to enforce governance and translate data into actionable insightsUnderstanding of data privacy and compliance in a marketing contextExperience collaborating across sales, marketing and digital functionsBonus: Experience with Python or automation toolsBonus: Background in segmentation or campaign analysis
