Located in the welcoming regional town of Forbes, NSW, Jemalong Retirement Living is a 105-bed residential aged care home. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams, working alongside two Care Managers on site.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality clinical care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Catholic Healthcare policiesProvide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to clinical and support staff to achieve positive resident outcomesAct as second-in-charge to the Residential Manager, contributing to both strategic and operational planningFoster a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability, with a strong focus on infection prevention and controlSupport continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practice standards in aged care

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseDemonstrated leadership experience within a residential aged care environmentSound knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Quality Standards, and AN-ACC assessment processesStrong clinical skills and understanding of age-related health conditionsProven ability to coach, influence, and lead multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident-focused approachProficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systemsCommitment to workplace health and safetyWillingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain NDIS clearance
