Sovereign Domestic Services is currently looking for an enthusiastic experienced Scheduling Coordinator to manage a team for in home services in Townsville, North Queensland.
The primary responsibilities will be daily operations, client service delivery and staff management. Being a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday working times that may require flexibility. Our management team is expected to complete a 40hr working week plus reasonable overtime where needed.
In your role you will be responsible for

Client liaison, interactions, and reporting.

Staff Recruitment, shift management, and staff training.

Managing the daily staff rosters, time sheets, reporting, and identifying training needs for operational staff.

Attending management meetings.

Toolbox and pre-start meeting communications.

Contract management, previous experience in a management of people and contracts is essential.
The successful applicant will require:

Understanding of ISO standards – 9001/14001/45001.

Experience in the cleaning industry or a similar field.

Extensive management experience leading successful teams.

A strong customer service focus and attention to detail.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Management, supervision, and leadership skills of a close-knit team

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
A current police check is required to be provided less than 12 months old.
Current vaccinations for COVID-19 will be required. (Client Requirements)
