About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for you to work in a collaborative team environment. We share opportunities, experience and knowledge to help us all achieve even more as a team. The role will focus on dealing with customers over the phone and, with experience, on-site at their own premises. Your role will include:Solving any technical issues that clients may have, including NBN faults, routers, phone diverts, voicemails, etc...Recording information in the database (CRM) and dealing with a variety of different stakeholdersWorking on customer premises during installs or more complex issues
About YouWe want you to be yourself in an open and transparent culture that’s focused on achieving great results while supporting each other and having fun along the way. This role would be a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or recent graduate looking for their first role in the exciting telecoms industry. You should ideally have:· Some experience in technology, including Internet services, or an interest in the field· Proficient in navigating through various software applications, including CRM (Hubspot) and multiple cloud-based software applications· Be a quick learner and have a technical mindset· Strong communication (written and verbal) and excellent customer service skills
