We’re looking for a commercially minded, high-performing leader to join our team on the Gold Coast and take ownership of performance and growth across a portfolio of fast-growing consumer brands.
This is a senior role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing the key drivers of revenue, margin, customer experience and scalability across Ecommerce, Paid Advertising, Customer Service and TikTok Shop. You’ll lead a team of specialists, manage cross-functional performance, and report directly to the CEO.

What you’ll be responsible for
Own and manage the P&L across multiple brands, driving profitable growthLead performance across Shopify / Ecommerce, Paid Media, Customer Service, and TikTok ShopBuild and manage budgets, forecasts, targets and performance reportingIdentify growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention and AOVImprove operational performance across customer experience, fulfilment flow and team outputManage and develop a team with multiple direct reports across functionsWork closely with the CEO to align strategy, priorities and executionDrive accountability through clear KPIs, scorecards and performance cadence
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a senior ecommerce leadership role with P&L responsibilityStrong commercial and analytical mindset (you understand numbers, margin, CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution etc.)Experience leading teams and developing people (this is essential)Strong understanding of performance marketing and what drives scalable growthComfortable operating across multiple moving parts in a fast-paced businessClear communicator who can lead, motivate, and hold standardsSkincare/beauty experience is a plus — but not required
