We have a great opportunity for an Asphalt Crew Member to join our team in Port Kembla.

This hands-on role is an important part of our operations, where you’ll contribute to the delivery of high-quality road surfacing projects. Day to day, you’ll be operating mobile construction equipment, supporting the crew with a range of labouring tasks, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

This position offers the chance to build your skills in a supportive team environment while playing a key role in delivering projects that help connect communities.

Your day will involve:

Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environmentSafely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipmentMaintain company trucks and plant equipmentParticipate in site safety and business improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with Boral OH&S policies, meeting safety and environmental standardsmaintenance

What are we looking for?

Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focusGeneral Construction Induction CardCurrent Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded)Proven ability to work well within a team environmentAvailable to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
