The successful applicant will be responsible for smooth running of the reception desk including daily arrivals and departures at a well established holiday resort. You will be the first impression of the property so will need to ensure that a memorable experience is delivered for all guests.
You must have the following,
- A dynamic and adaptable work practice.
- Experience in 4 - 5 star Front Office management role would be preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation.
- Good computer skills and experience in booking systems and programs
- A high attention to detail, good organisation skills and the ability to multitask is a must.
- Above all - a desire to go the extra mile for your guests and ensure that the guest experience is always paramount
This is a casual role for 3 days a week - Thursday to Saturday. Days non-negotiable. Flexibility to work extra days when required highly regarded.

Pay: $35.00 – $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
