Kooco Espresso Nerang is a standard community coffee shop . We are currently seeking qualified chefs to join our dynamic team. Applicants must be passionate and capable of working in a busy team environment.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about the industry and food.

Experience:

- Chef: 2 years (preferred)

Work Eligibility:

- Permanent work rights with no restrictions on hours (e.g., citizen, permanent resident) (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare, season, and cook food according to instructions, accommodating dietary requirements when necessary

- Follow recipes and presentation standards

- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Clean and organize the kitchen and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations

- Store food in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities

- Manage kitchen food inventory accurately, check daily usage, and place orders as needed

Working Hours:

- 20-30hours per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, lunch shifts

- Weekends and public holidays off
