The Opportunity

Ampcontrol have an opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our close-knit Service Team. This is an exciting full time role where your tasks will vary day to day in our fast paced, ever changing environment.

This role is suited to a friendly, motivated self starter who likes variety – to do a little bit of everything, there is no chance of getting bored in this role!

What You’ll Do

You will be required to maintain a vibrant, proactive approach in your daily administrative tasks, which will include:

Processing TimesheetsMobilisation of blue-collar trades to various mine sitesCoordinate training, medicals according to site specific requirementsMaintenance and management of employee training files and matrixBooking and reconciliation of travel and accommodationRaising requisitions and receipting invoicesMaintaining equipment compliance registers

About You

Prior experience in a similar roleExperience within the mining industry will be highly regardedAbility to work autonomouslyQuality and attention to detailEnergetic and positive attitude to problem solvingCompetent in Microsoft Office applicationsWillingness to fit into a friendly, collaborative workplace that rewards hard work
