We're looking for a passionate Café Manager who's eager to lead our team and be an integral part of our community-focused success story. Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all daily front and back of house café operations
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

?

• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance

?

• Rostering staff taking into consideration staff availability and planning for busy periods

?

• Selecting, supervising and training staff

?

• Maintaining a no complaint policy

?

• Taking reservations, greeting guests and taking orders

?

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, employees and sales representatives to make improvements and developments for the business

?

• Maintaining the safety of all team members through safe work practice

?

• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction

To be eligible for this role:

• Qualifications in management or hospitality management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to positively lead a team and supervise staff.
• Have excellent communication skills.
