We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a driven, coachable Junior Real Estate Sales Agent who wants more than a traditional real estate role.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

This role is ideal for someone who already has real-life experience — someone who has worked, learned, failed, grown, taken responsibility, and now wants to build a serious long-term career in sales, property, and wealth creation.

Employment Structure

Full-Time Role

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (In Office – Southport)

  • After-hours client appointments: Remote

  • Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm (Work From Home)

Remuneration

  • Base Salary + Super

  • Uncapped Commission Structure

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

  • Year 1: $100,000

  • Year 2: $150,000

  • Year 3: $200,000+

Role Overview

As a Junior Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be trained across the full Wealth Hub sales ecosystem:

  • Appointment setting

  • Lead qualification

  • Discovery meetings

  • Strategy delivery

  • Buyer advocacy presentations

You will work with warm and hot inbound leads, receive structured mentoring from senior consultants and leadership, and progress through clearly defined performance milestones.

You are never left to "figure it out alone" — but you are expected to own your growth.

Structured Training & Career Pathway
First 6 Months – Foundations

  • Phone-based appointment setting with warm/hot leads

  • Lead qualification & discovery meeting bookings

  • Exposure to live discovery meetings

  • Face-to-face sales training alongside senior consultants

Goal: Run your own discovery meetings within 3–6 months.

By Month 9 – Strategy Delivery

  • Training in our award-winning property investment analysis software

  • Learning to deliver structured strategy meetings

  • Helping clients align property with their financial goals

By Month 12 – Advanced Sales & Buyer Advocacy

  • Mastery of Macro Property strategy meetings

  • Buyer advocacy training

  • Presenting live property opportunities to clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing and referrals

  • Build rapport and guide clients through structured discovery conversations

  • Progress clients through Wealth Hub's proven sales process

  • Participate in ongoing sales coaching and development

  • Work closely with senior leadership and the Director

  • Leverage full admin and operational support to focus purely on sales
