About the role:As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationshiaps with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you’ll be based at our Kawana store, giving you consistency and the opportunity to play a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care within the local community.Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this Part Time 3 days p/w opportunity offers complete flexiblity with days and hours worked, supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. This role will provide the opportunity to gradually increase hours to a Full Time capacity as the business grows.

Skills & Experience:In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aidsStrong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPatient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing careExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a teamCommitment towards continuous growth and career development
