We engage in providing labour hire services and recruitment solutions for businesses in Australia especially in poultry farming industry to resolve their staffing issues in recent years. We are looking for more Boner, Butcher and Smallgoods Maker to join our team to work at: Turosi Food Solutions Group - 47 Leather Street, Breakwater VIC 3219 La Ionica - 5 Lipton Drive, Thomastown, VIC 3074 Key Responsibilities: Preparing and processing meats by cutting, trimming, mincing, and grinding to required shapes and sizes.
Selecting and preparing meats for smallgoods production, including marinating, seasoning, and curing. Operating meat processing machinery (grinders, mixers, mincers, tenderizers) safely and efficiently. Monitoring product quality and identifying defects to ensure high-quality output.
Ensuring proper meat presentation and arrangement. Adhering to Australian food safety standards and maintaining a high level of hygiene. Skills & Experience Requirements:
- At least Certificate III or IV in Meat Processing (Butchery) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in meat processing, butchering
- Strong knowledge of food safety and ability to maintain clean work environments.
- Proficiency in handling meat processing tools and machinery.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
