About The RoleWe are seeking a Business Administration Team Leader for a full-time, on-site position in Mornington, VIC. This role will oversee and support the Business Operations team’s day-to-day transactional administrative workflow along with providing practical coaching, development and feedback. Key responsibilities include maintaining working relationships across all departments, supporting team outputs across the product ordering process, providing business and sales support by updating and maintaining customer website products listings and maintaining claims reports. What you’ll bringDemonstrated experience in leading an administrative team.An ability to multi-task, stay organised and remain calm under pressure.Proven experience and ability to coach, mentor and develop staff, including providing constructive feedback and supporting performance improvement.Confidence in resolving issues, providing clear, professional communication, and managing upwards.Exceptional attention to detail, computer literacy skills and a love of spreadsheets!

Hours & FlexibilityOffice hours operate between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm so flexibility is essential. You may need to work beyond these hours to meet deadlines or support the team, and you’ll take part in a monthly Sunday rotation, working roughly one Sunday per month as part of our shared schedule.
