About the role

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Casual Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse team with the day-to-day operations of With Jéan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in being organised, and can jump in wherever needed to help keep things running smoothly.

You’ll be supporting order packing, returns processing, stock handling, and general warehouse upkeep. This is a practical, fast-paced role and suited to someone who isn’t afraid of repetitive tasks or getting their hands dirty.

Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for dispatch.

• Ensure orders are packed neatly, efficiently, and to brand standards.

• Assist with meeting daily dispatch deadlines.

Returns & Stock Handling

• Process customer returns, including checking, folding, steaming, and restocking garments.

• Maintain organisation and cleanliness across stock areas.

• Assist with stock counts and basic inventory tasks as required.

Receiving & Deliveries

• Receive incoming stock, including large deliveries.

• Unpack, check, and organise incoming goods.

• Assist with moving and storing stock safely and efficiently.

General Warehouse Support

• Fold garments to a high standard.

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised.

• Support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 20kg comfortably and repeatedly as part of the role.

• Physically fit and capable of being on your feet for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and care when handling garments.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work.

• Warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not essential.
