The clinic has been caring for pets for over 20 years. In addition to cats and dogs, the team also treats a variety of exotic pets, including birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, mice, and rabbits.
The clientele is varied and includes a significant breeder clientele. The team has expertise in feline medicine and ferrets. Services offered range from general consults to ophthalmic and orthopaedic surgeries.
In this full-time role, you will deliver high-quality veterinary care across a wide range of cases, working in a clinic that values clinical excellence and compassionate service.
The position involves leading a collaborative team of vets and nurses, with opportunities to mentor and support colleagues. You will also work closely with an experienced and supportive practice manager, and benefit from the guidance of a group of lead vets who are committed to helping you grow through mentorship, leadership support and long-term career development.
To thrive in this role, you will be confident working independently. While some days will include a second vet, others will involve sole charge. Previous leadership or mentoring experience is highly regarded. This role is well-suited to a vet with 5+ years of experience who’s looking to step into a leadership position.

The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
