The opportunity
Reporting to a senior leader and leading a small team, the Senior Accountant / Client Manager will play a pivotal role in both client delivery and people leadership. This is a hands-on role with clear scope to influence outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of business clients, acting as their trusted advisor across compliance, tax and business mattersLeading, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior and intermediate accountants to ensure quality and efficiencyOverseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns and related compliance obligationsIdentifying risks, opportunities and value-add advice, and contributing to new business and practice growth

About you
You are a commercially minded, CA-qualified accountant who thrives in a client-facing, relationship-led environment and is motivated by long-term career progression.
5+ years’ experience in business services or public practiceTrusted advisor to clients with strong technical and commercial capabilityProven experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team membersAmbitious and growth-oriented, seeking a clearly defined pathway to partnershipValues structure, quality and accountability within a high-performing firm
