- Hourly rate $33.05 + super + NFP salary packaging (up to $18,550 tax-free)

About the role
As a Client Administration Officer, you’ll be a key contact for recording and managing client-related events within our finance systems for Communities, Independent Living, and Disability Support programs.
Your work will help ensure accurate records, smooth financial processes, and timely responses to client account enquiries.
You’ll play an important role in supporting both clients and internal teams, helping resolve issues with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Support efficient client-facing and administrative processes within the Finance Directorate
- Taking calls from clients regarding payments and general enquiries.
- Record client events accurately in the finance system and related programs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely notification and processing of client changes
- Verify and validate client data using formal and informal checks
- Respond to and follow up on client fee and account enquiries, including rejected Direct Debits and debtor matters
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, and supporting documentation
- Contribute to the ongoing integrity and effectiveness of the finance database
About you
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and bring a strong customer service mindset. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous administration experience, preferably within health, community or disability support environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with data entry and financial systems (experience with AX, PeoplePoint, or similar systems is highly regarded)
- A professional, empathetic approach when supporting clients and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and quality in documentation and record-keeping
