As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking skilled and reliable Plant / Loader Operators to join our team.

Position Overview: 

We are currently looking for 2 Plant / Loader Operators to work in our mineral and sand processing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating heavy equipment, such as loaders, to load materials into trucks, hoppers, or processing equipment, and Mineral Sand Separation Facility. You will also be responsible for the efficient running of a Gravity Separation Plant. This role requires a keen attention to safety, precision in handling materials, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You will be required to work odd shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Operate and maintain loaders in a safe and efficient manner.

·        Load materials into trucks, hoppers, or processing equipment.

·        Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment.

·        Collaborate with other plant personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

·        Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

·        Monitor equipment to identify and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements.

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience as a Loader Operator in a similar industry. Preferred

·        Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

·        Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.

·        Strong communication and teamwork skills.

·        Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

·        Forklift License preferred

·        Warehousing Experience would be an advantage
