We are Construct Property Group, comprising Value Homes and Award Winning- Affinity Designer Homes, building affordable dreams for FNQ locals for over 30 Years. We're seeking a Qualified Carpenter to join our team and help families build their dream homes.

About the role:

Reporting to the Leading Hand and Construction Manager, you will assist with the construction and installation of residential building projects in accordance with building plans and industry standards.

This is a full-time salaried position, working 38hrs Monday to Friday.

Requirements for the role:

• Qualified Carpenter with at least 2 years experience (post apprenticeship)

• Current drivers licence

• Ability to work unsupervised and work well within a team, experience to take on a lead role on projects would be highly regarded

• Willing to mentor less experienced carpenters and apprentices

• Reliable and punctual

• Good communication skills

• Permanent resident status or Australian citizenship required
