Your contributions to daily planned maintenance, reactive works and emergency responses are essential to ensuring the delivery of safe drinking water & compliant management of sewerage, thereby making a significant impact on the wellbeing of our community.

Training in water industry operations, water treatment practices and associated skills will be delivered by our training partners, while coaching and mentoring from skilled and experienced staff will be ongoing throughout your career.

 To be successful and safe in this position, you’ll need to pass a pre-employment medical assessment before you can start and you’ll need to commit to participating in occasional overtime and emergency call-out situations. 

About the role

  • We currently have 3 permanent vacancies available. They are 12-hour shifts at Bryn Estyn, and they work a 4 on/4 off pattern. 

  • The hourly rate starts at $35.81, with an increase to $37.80 (excluding 15.5% Super) following successful completion of probation.

  • Additional team specific allowances are available
