THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity to join a long-established private practice in Beerwah, known for its loyal patient base and consistently high demand, and a pillar of the community for 30 years.

The practice is located within a busy shopping centre and is seeking a confident, motivated Associate Dentist who enjoys building trust, owning case acceptance, and delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Practising 4 days per week, you’ll step into busy books and a treatment-ready demographic across a broad clinical mix, including implants, All-on-X, endodontics, restorative, aesthetic dentistry, oral surgery and clear aligners, with support from a highly experienced Principal Dentist.

ABOUT YOU

You are a Dentist with ideally 3+ years of Australian experience who is ready to step into a busy role with responsibility, accountability and clinical freedom.

You are:

• AHPRA-registered Dentist with ideally 3+ years of Australian experience

• Confident, motivated clinician who enjoys autonomy and accountability

• Someone who takes ownership of the full patient journey – comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, presentation and delivery

• Comfortable being responsible for case acceptance, patient understanding and long-term outcomes

• Strong communicator, confident in comprehensive exams, diagnosis and treatment planning

• Comfortable with (or eager to learn) C&B, endo, aligners, oral surgery, veneers and implants

• Patient-focused, ethical and quality-driven

• Team-oriented with a warm, professional chairside manner
