Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain the harvest area in a safe manner, ensuring you work safely and in compliance with operational policies and work instructions.

• Ensure that processing plant delivery requirements are met and that prawns are delivered to the processing plant at the highest quality possible.

• Undetaking daily prestart checks on harvest equipment and vehicles.

• Loading, unloading, moving, packing, of inventory including frozen or fresh prawns, feeds and aquaculture raw materials.

• Work in a group environment and work safely adhering to Workplace Health & Safety, Biosecurity and Environmental compliance. Biosecurity and prawn health are key components to successful operations

We are looking for casual Aquaculture Attendants to join our Harvest & Farm teams. The main component of the role will be to help in the day to day harvest of fresh prawns from grow out operations to ensure that the harvesting team meets delivery targets on a volume, quality and timeliness basis.
