What You’ll Do

• Managing the cleaning and maintenance of all guest accommodation and communal areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety
• Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodation, communal spaces and amenities to ensure they meet health and safety standards. Identify and address any issues promptly to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and other housekeeping materials. Ensure timely ordering and stock replenishment to prevent shortages and support smooth daily operations
• Proactively inspect facilities for cleanliness and safety. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Park Manager for timely resolution and follow-up
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay
