We are seeking a vibrant, compassionate, and experienced Female Support Workers.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connection, conversation, and community engagement, and who understands how to support a person living with Dementia with patience, empathy, and respect.

Experience Required

We are specifically seeking someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with Dementia
• Is trauma-informed and emotionally intelligent
• Can manage behaviours of agitation calmly and respectfully
• Uses gentle redirection rather than correction
• Is vibrant, engaging, and naturally inclusive in communication

Support Requirements

• 1:1 direct support
• Assistance with personal care and all ADLs
• Medication assistance
• Community access and social engagement
• Emotional reassurance and companionship

A calm, flexible, validating approach is essential.
