About the Role

FS8 Cairns Northern Beaches is entering an exciting growth phase and we’re looking for an energetic, experienced, wellness-obsessed leader to take the reins of our studio. This is more than a management role, it’s your opportunity to shape a thriving fitness community and lead a team who loves what they do.

As our Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the studio: driving member experience, leading the team, delivering high-quality classes, and spearheading sales and growth.

Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the studio

• Delivering exceptional Mat & Reformer Pilates classes

• Drive member acquisition, sales and retention

• Manage, mentor and inspire a team of instructors

• Oversee rostering, scheduling and studio administration

• Create a studio environment that is welcoming, polished and community-driven

• Ensure every member receives an outstanding experience from first visit to long-term membership

About You

Along with a strong background in fitness and great work ethic you'll have/be:

• Certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates (essential)

• Have full Australian working rights or be a permant resident (essential)

• Experienced in studio management or leadership (fitness or wellness industry preferred)

• Sales-driven, target-focused and motivated by growth

• Highly organised with strong communication + people skills

• Passionate about wellness, movement and elevating client experience

• Confident, solution-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A natural leader who loves building culture and community
