Cleaning Operatives - Caloundra Shoppingworld

We are currently seeking experienced Full Time Cleaning Operator to join our team at Caloundra Shoppingworld. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering daily cleaning services with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Duties will include:

• General cleaning of retail areas, food courts, amenities, and public spaces
• Maintaining hygiene standards in high-traffic zones
• Identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance issues
• Working to daily cleaning schedules independently and in a team
• Supervising the cleaning team one day a week.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous commercial or retail cleaning experience (preferred)
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Good communication and time management skills
• Availability to work a Monday to Friday daytime roster
