Paloma Wine Bar in Burleigh Heads is seeking an experienced Bartender with strong cocktail knowledge and stock management skills to join our team.

The Role

• Execute classic and modern cocktails to a high standard
• Deliver consistent, professional service during busy periods
• Manage bar stock including ordering, rotation, wastage, and stocktakes
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and closing procedures

About You

• Confident cocktail skills and solid bar experience
• knowledge around wine styles and service
• Strong understanding of stock control and inventory
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Reliable availability Wednesday to Sunday (evenings essential)
• Wine bar or premium venue experience preferred
