Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Providing 1st & 2nd level IT support for employees.
- Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Procuring and provisioning IT hardware (laptops, mobile phones, monitors, etc).
- Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in providing level 1 & 2 IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Active Directory, PowerShell and Network troubleshooting.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, Azure, Cisco and Palo Alto certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working within a Financial Services organisation is advantageous.
