Reporting to the Franchisee/General Manager/Supervisor, our baristas deliver the highest standards of customer service and quality of food and beverage. As a Barista you will be working in a fast-paced environment within a friendly and motivated team. Full training and support will be provided.

Barista responsibilities include:

• Impeccable customer service ensuring customers receive their order quickly and accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store and completing equipment maintenance tasks as required
• Prepare and serve quality food and drink according to Zarraffa’s brand standards
• Follow all Food Safety and WH&S guidelines and procedures

Attributes and experience required:

• Previous Barista experience (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
