We operate several tier-one venues across NSW that specialise in catering, accommodation and outdoor adventure activities. You will work within a friendly, supportive team that promotes teamwork, leadership, and resilience among our staff and guests.
Job Description: We seek a reliable and skilled Property Team Leader who would manage our cross-location team and special projects. The ideal candidate will manage the team as they work on routine and unplanned maintenance. The Property Team Leader will also be required to plan and execute special projects, ensure Work Health and Safety across the sites, and ensure compliance and documentation is maintained.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support Property and Maintenance Specialists and Casual Property Assistants across sites,including hiring, performance management, and task allocation. Conduct regular site visits to assess property condition and team performance Manage compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative requirements Coordinate and supervise maintenance schedules, contractor engagement, and capital works in a successful and timely manner Monitor property budgets and approve maintenance-related expenditure Provide periodic reports to the Managing Director as requested Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation Liaise with other departments to ensure property readiness for programs and guests Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of property operations
To be successful, you will need to have the following. Proven experience in property and facilities management Strong leadership and team coordination skills Knowledge of compliance requirements and willingness to be WHSR (e.g. WHS, fire safety, environmental standards) Budgeting and contractor management experience NSW Driver’s License · Working with Children Check Safe Ministry Training Excellent communication and administrative skills
Desirable Factors Trade or facilities management qualifications Familiarity with Christian camping or ministry environments Manual car driver’s licence MR licence or willing to obtainStrategic thinker with a servant-hearted leadership style Reliable, proactive, and resilient under pressure Aligns with CCC Camps’ mission and values Ability to lead a team and collaborate with management and Team Leaders
