As a Pattysmiths Crew Member, you help bring the brand’s handcrafted burger experience to life. This role is about more than taking orders — it’s about creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing quality food with care, and contributing to a team that takes pride in what they serve.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble burgers and menu items with consistency and attention to detail
• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient, friendly service
• Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, organised, and safe
• Support teammates to ensure smooth, fast service during busy periods
• Follow food‑safety and hygiene standards at all times
