Financial Planning Assistant/Associate Role – (Gold Coast, QLD)
Location: Robina , QLD
Work type: Full-time or Part-time (flexibility available for graduates, families or semi retired.)
Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 + super (pro rata for part-time)

As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Assistant or Associate to join our supportive and professional team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who:

Already has experience in financial planning either as a qualified Financial Planner or support staff and is familiar with CRM software particularly AdviserLogic

Is a Financial Planning student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a support role with the aim of becoming a qualified Financial Planner.
You'll work closely with the senior advisers and be exposed to all aspects of the advice process, from client engagement and strategy preparation through to paraplanning, implementation and client reviews.

Support advisers in preparing compliant Statements and Records of Advice (SoAs/RoAs)

Input and maintain accurate client data and workflows using AdviserLogic and platform software (Hub24, Netwealth, Macquarie, BT etc.)

Assisting with research, financial modelling, and product comparisons

Manage client implementation from start to finish and ongoing service requirements

Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders

Contribute to the delivery of high-quality client outcomes
About You
We're open to two types of candidates:
Experienced Financial Planner, Paraplanner or support staff with a strong knowledge in financial planning compliance and process, and proficient in the use of advice software particularly AdviserLogic.
Financial planning student or recent graduate seeking a hands on support role with a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified financial adviser.
You'll be successful if you have:

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

Proactive, curious, and eager to develop into a future Financial Adviser
Desirable:

Experience with AdviserLogic, Hub24, Netwealth, or other platforms and CRM systems

Strong understanding of financial services compliance law, superannuation, investments, and insurance advice processes

Recently completed of close to completion in a Financial Planning degree or Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, with the goal of becoming a qualified financial planner.
