We are looking for experienced and energetic Baristas with a positive attitude, a passion for quality product, and willingness to work with a dynamic team. We produce high quality, high volume coffee using the best beans, Single O, on the best equipment. Our Barista's play a key role in our energetic team of staff who are all driven to provide excellent customer service.

Casual & permanent part-time positions available in Berry, NSW for experienced Baristas (minimum 2 years experience).

We use the Restaurant Industry Award as a guide for all employees. Your starting rate will be based on the format of your work, your age, and experience. Please note that any advertsised starting rates per hour are based on Casual Adult weekday rates - Permanent and junior rates will vary and can be provided upon application.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications;

• Capable of producing consistently excellent coffee independently or as part of a team.
• A real enthusiasm for customer service.
• To be a versatile member of a team.
• Previous experience & training (2 years minimum).
• Proven attention to detail & excellent communication.
• Friday to Monday availability is essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.10 per hour
