We are looking for two registered nurses to work on a casual basis to work across various AM, PM and Night shifts across a fornightly roster.

The role

We are looking for two casual registered nurses to cover a various AM, PM and Night shifts over a fornightly roster.

Please note: Only candidates with at least 2 years minimum age care RN experience with full working rights will be considered.

Requirements

The role will incorporate:

Complete holistic assessmentsDeveloping appropriate care plansEvaluating and making clinical decisionsGuiding our care staffImproving the quality of life of our ResidentsYou are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who endeavors to provide safe and effective direct nursing care in line with nursing best practice principles.

To Achieve This, You Will Have

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated Aged Care/Hospital experienceAvailability to work a rotating roster which includes morning, afternoon and night duties Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with a range of Residents with a variety of health issues A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with older peopleUnderstanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions
