We are seeking a suitably experienced person for the position of a Hire Controller / Rental Sales Coordinator to work in our North Geelong branch. The successful applicant will possess a demonstrated capacity to address the following selection criteria:
•Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers, staff and a management team.
•Good computer and phone skills.
•Ability to provide clear instructions to our Workshop Team and Drivers.
•Willingness to follow the instructions of Owners and Management.
•Energy and a can-do attitude in contributing to the productivity of the Office and the Workshop.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Operations Manager & Senior Hire Controller your responsibilities will include;
•Dealing directly with all hire customers and trade customers.
•Developing a strong understanding of the Kerr's Hire's equipment.
•Management of hire / sales records.
•Processing of hire paperwork and procedures.
•Organising and prioritising schedules for Drivers.
•Managing stock in the showroom.
•Undertaking various tasks to ensure the Office and Workshop are operating efficiently.
•Complete delivery and driving tasks as required.
•Contributing to the quality, efficiency and improvement of Kerr's Hire.
The position is based on a 38-hr week with above award wages, set overtime during the week and fortnightly rostered weekend work as well as performance bonuses.
