About the Role

Join our Gold Coast-based team as a Call Centre Representative, supporting customers with general banking enquiries — no sales or upselling, just real conversations and problem-solving.

You'll be helping with:

  • Account balances and card replacements

  • Updating personal information

  • Online banking support and fraud enquiries

  • Dispute investigations and feedback capture

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service experience is great, but not essential

  • You’re confident using a computer and navigating multiple systems

  • You communicate clearly and professionally

  • You enjoy solving problems and helping people

  • You’ve completed at least Year 10 or equivalent

Training in the Gold Coast Office

  • Weeks 1–3: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

  • Weeks 4–7: On-the-job coaching, Mon–Fri between 8:00am–8:00pm
