We are currently seeking General Hand workers to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a dedicated team producing high-quality food products enjoyed by everyday Australians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients for production according to specifications

• Operating production machinery and equipment

• Ensuring products meet all quality control and regulatory standards

• Strictly following hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures

• Accurately completing production records and documentation

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

• Overtime as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be willing to complete a medical screening and police check

• Be punctual, reliable, organised, and committed

• Have sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards

• Be proficient in reading and writing English, with the ability to complete production records clearly and accurately

• Demonstrate discipline, care, and attention to detail

• Strictly follow SOPs, policies, procedures, and WHS regulations (including consistent use of PPE)

• Thrive in a fast-paced production environment

• Have good physical stamina and be able to stand for long periods

• Be able to lift up to 30 kg and stand for up to 4 hours at a time

• Show initiative, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to product quality

• Hold valid working rights in Australia
