Position Overview:

As Bar Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar, while maintaining high standards of service, production, and quality. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will help lead the bar team, support daily operations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership abilities and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards and high productivity.

• Consistently deliver high-quality beverages and manage stock control to maintain efficiency.

• Supervise the bar team, ensuring consistency and excellence in beverage preparation and service.

• Assist with training and developing staff to ensure their skills meet the highest standards.

• Help with staff scheduling and roster management in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Address and resolve operational issues swiftly, providing solutions as needed.

Essential Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within bar hospitality.

• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve high-performance standards.

• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day roster.

What We Offer:

• Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 based on Restaurant Industry Award 2025 Standards

• Full-Time position: Salary is based on a minimum of 38 hours per week, with holiday and personal leave accrued pro-rata. Salary will be determined by the level of experience.
