We're looking for experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team to support the Planning of Foxleigh. This is a Permanent Monday to Friday role based in Mackay.

What you'll be doing:
As a Maintenance Planner at Hastings Deering, you will:
- be responsible for short, medium and long-term planning of scheduled maintenance on all machines and equipment assigned to the role
- Assist in reliability analysis and improvement project coordination
- Be responsible for the creation of all parts lists and resource allocation and complete work orders
- Review the defect list and planning the repairs of these defects at the optimal time
- Manage and track all planning requirements for service letters, defect sheets, SOS actions, parts and resource requirements
- Process control management and development of processes; work order process, warranty handling process, warranty parts return and control
- Maintain up to date and accurate bills of material associated to planned events
- You will be required to travel to and from site once a month to support the team on the ground.
What you'll need:
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade or related discipline
- Minimum two years' experience supervising a team in providing technical solutions
- Dedicated commitment to health and safety
- High level of initiative, reliability and ability to work independently
- A customer driven focus and demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships
- A commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, documentation and time management skills
- A strong adherence to quality control
- Knowledge of AMT will be highly regarded
